We offer USPS delivery for all orders with residential addresses. While we’d like to promise fast delivery, unfortunately, we can’t control any unexpected delays during the transit process.
For all missing mail, we kindly ask that you reach out to your local post office for more assistance. In the event USPS cannot locate your package, please send the investigation details to orders@pastmidnightlabel.com and we will provide a full refund, including shipping.
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking information once your package has shipped. Processing times are subject to change and may be longer during launches and sales.
Shipment times begin from the processed date. All domestic orders should arrive within two business weeks of processing. If we need to send a replacement, it may take up to three weeks to receive your replacement order.
If you are unable to locate your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information so we can open a USPS investigation. Requests made after this 7-day period cannot be accommodated.
Rates are calculated at checkout for international orders with residential addresses. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

Express Shipping generally takes 10+ business days. Standard Shipping typically arrives within 3–4 business weeks, although customs processing may result in longer transit times.
Past Midnight is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or transfers from our primary shipping provider to local carriers in the destination country.
If a package is deemed undeliverable, the customer is responsible for ensuring its return to sender. Please email us the return status, including the location, date, and time of arrival. Once the package has been returned to us, we will refund the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer replacement shipments for international orders.
For U.S. domestic orders, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund to your original payment method for unworn items.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Returns may be requested within 10 days of the date your order is delivered.
At this time, we only offer replacements for damaged or defective goods and require the damaged item to be returned. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and include photos. Please send all claims to orders@pastmidnightlabel.com. If eligible, a replacement will be issued.
To initiate a return, please navigate to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to submit your return. A prepaid return label will be generated through the Returns Portal.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping and restocking costs are complimentary on your first order.
For orders after your first order, return shipping costs are not covered. A standard return label fee of $7.50 and a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If a return is initiated on a replacement order, these fees will still apply if the replacement was delivered within three business weeks of the original order date.
All approved returns must be shipped within 10 days of return confirmation to be accepted.
Items must be returned in unworn condition to avoid additional restocking fees.
We are not liable for unreceived returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is successfully returned to us via USPS. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for returns that are not received.
Please allow up to 21 business days for returned items to be processed and refunds issued.
Store credit codes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any shipment that passes through customs and incurs duties, taxes, or additional processing is considered an international order.
All eyewear must be returned free from signs of wear or damage, including scratched lenses, bent arms, or broken components.
All original packaging and accessories must be included with the return, including branded pouch, cleaning cloth, box, and original plastic wrapping.
Failure to return all original components, or returning damaged items, may result in a 5% restocking fee or a reduced refund amount.
Our sunglasses are crafted from durable luxury acetate designed for long-term wear.
The arms are intentionally designed to flex and adjust for a comfortable fit across different face shapes. If your pair feels uneven, you may carefully adjust the arms yourself or visit a local optometrist for professional fitting.
At this time, we do not offer warranties, as the condition of eyewear depends on individual use and care.
